Shipping policy

CuBowl may offer free shipping for orders above specific amounts. If products are returned for any reason other than damage, the cost of the shipping will be deducted from the original refund amount. Shipping charges will not be refunded.

While we make every attempt to ensure that your order is shipped and received as quickly as possible, courier delays are out of our control. If express service is requested we will ship as soon as possible, but delivery times are out of our control and refunds will not be given for late deliveries.
